Media Vessel Support.

Media Vessel is an offline library for photos, videos, GIFs, and Live Photos on iPhone and iPad, by Intervalley Design Inc.

Email support@intervalleydesign.com. Include your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version. Never send your passcode or your media.

Is my library backed up?

Not automatically. Media Vessel has no cloud backup, and its library is left out of iCloud and device backups on purpose. In the Transfer tab, Back Up to Mac or PC copies your whole library to your own computer over a USB cable (Finder on Mac, Apple Devices on Windows) or by AirDrop. Keep that copy in a folder that isn't synced to a cloud service.

How do I restore a backup?

Connect with a cable, open the device in Finder or Apple Devices, go to Files › Media Vessel, and drag the backup folder into "Media Vessel Imports". Open Media Vessel and unlock it. Albums, favorites, Live Photos, and the original order come back.

I forgot my passcode

There is no reset. We have no copy of your passcode or your media, so we can't reset it or recover anything. Resetting the library from Settings removes all media and lets you start again. This is why a backup on your own computer matters.

What is free and what is Premium?

The first 20 items are free. Premium removes that limit and adds Video to GIF and batch rename. It is a monthly or yearly subscription, with a free trial for eligible customers on the yearly plan, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and restoration; manage it in your Apple Account's Subscriptions. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Which formats work?

Photos, GIFs, Live Photos, and video that Apple's native frameworks can play on your device. Standalone audio and documents are not supported.

Moving files over a cable

Media Vessel's Documents folder is visible in Finder, Apple Devices, and the Files app. Drag media into "Media Vessel Imports", then open and unlock Media Vessel; accepted files are copied into the library and the transfer copy is removed.

Does the app use the network?

No. There are no accounts, servers, analytics, or cloud sync. Apple's purchase system and the system pickers you choose use their own connections.
