Media Vessel Terms of Use.

Effective October 28, 2026 · Intervalley Design Inc.

The agreement

Media Vessel is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The terms below add to that agreement. Intervalley Design Inc. ("we") is the licensor; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

What the app does

Media Vessel imports, organizes, plays, converts, exports, and deletes photos, videos, GIFs, and Live Photos on your device. You control your passcode, your device, your stored content, and any copies you keep elsewhere.

Your content

You keep all rights to your media. You are responsible for having the right to store it and for keeping independent copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. We never receive, see, or store your media.

Free use and Premium

The first 20 items import free. Premium removes that limit and enables Video to GIF, batch rename, and duplicate. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The yearly plan may include a free trial for eligible customers; the offer shown by the App Store governs. Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the app and may change for future periods. Apple handles payment, cancellation, refunds, and restoration. When Premium ends, your existing media remains available to view, export, organize, and delete.

Formats and playback

Playback uses Apple's native frameworks. Corrupt, protected, unsupported, or device-incompatible media may fail or be rejected. Standalone audio and documents are not supported.

Security and loss

The app passcode gates access to the library, and media is protected with iOS Data Protection. No software can protect against a compromised operating system, an observed passcode, a photograph of the screen, or the loss of every copy. There is no passcode reset, cloud backup, or recovery service: forgetting the passcode, deleting the app, losing or erasing the device, or resetting the library can permanently lose stored media. Deleted data cannot be guaranteed physically overwritten on flash storage.

Acceptable use

Use the app only in ways that comply with applicable law and Apple's App Store terms. Do not use it to store content you have no right to hold.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for lost media, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is published at this address with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and disputes are heard in the courts of Alberta, unless consumer law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
